Breathing practices and Pranayama are growing in popularity, and for good reason! Our breath weaves its way through all layers of our experience and with good guidance working with our breath can be incredibly healing.
In this course we’ll take a deeper look into the breath. We’ll look at its relationship with our physical health, our mental health and emotional wellbeing, our energy levels, and how breath can be the pert ally in deepening our meditation practice.
