Pure Meditation
Meditation is perhaps the most effective way to tune into and nourish our inner sense of ease and well being. Pranayama uses breath work as a compliment to our meditation practice and can be very effective in guiding our body, mind and emotions towards a more harmonious sate.
Doorway to presence: 6 minutes
In this meditation we open the sense as a doorway to present moment awareness. Pure and Simple.
Earth Breathing: 22 mins
Need some grounding? This practice incorporates breath and meditation to reconnect with the stability of he earth. The practice starts o the back and moves to a seated position. Ideally you will need a strap or a bolster.
Steady the Mind: 12 mins
This practice introduces an ancient technique called ‘6 fingers width breath’ which is great for calming and steadying a busy mind. This is a great preparation or meditation.
Upgrading Our Reality - 27 mins
In this meditation we first allow attention to rest back into its source of ease, and then turn back to our experience to enquire into its nature. This one is deep dive!
The most simple Mantra: 11mins
In this Meditation we keep things simple by using a simple yet powerful mantra: ‘I’. This points attention back to its source and therefore becomes a window into resting as ‘Being’.
The Stillness of ‘Being’: 8 Mins
This is a short practice that gives us the opportunity to press pause and rest into stillness.
What to do with challenging thoughts and emotions? 14 mins
In this meditation we practice a simple technique for meeting challenging thoughts, feelings and emotions.

In this enquiry we use the body as a way of recognising our inherent spaciousness of being. This is a helpful practice for those who tend to ‘think’ their way through meditation enquiry.

During this meditation we explore what it is to feel a sense of oneness with others and the world around. This is a beautiful enquiry, aided by some practical metaphores.
