Walk away with technique and guidance on how to safely progress arm balances in yoga and some fun ways to transition them into the practice.

COURSE CURRICULUM

  • Meditation.

  • Discussion on the role of as a in yoga and perhaps the place for stronger asana in the modern day practice.

  • Break down of four arm balances.

    • Bakasana

    • Koundinyasana 1 & 2

    • Eka Pada Galavasana

    • Also how to find float in jumping forward and back.

  • Short practice to integrate and play.

  • Review, questions and closing meditation.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing to hello@yokeyoga.com.au with as much notice as possible.

Refunds will be given according to the following schedule;

Students will receive a 75% refund if requested 60 days or more before the course, and a 50% refund if requested after 60 days. No refunds will be issued less than 30 days in advance. Submission of your payment indicates your acceptance of the cancellation policy.

In the event of COVID 19 restrictions impacting the course, refunds will be issued accordingly.

No other refunds or credits are available. Please contact us if extenuating circumstances apply and other refund terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
